It’s always amusing for me. There are times when I see professional body builders, and they are huge on top. They have these bulging muscles in their arms, these huge pecs, basically no neck at all, and otherwise. And some of them it evens out throughout the body. But then there are these body builders that even though that top 1/3 of their body is huge, they suddenly shrink throughout the waist, and then they have these tiny little chicken legs. It’s a horrible thing to say I know. But they do! And it’s entertaining as anything! I have seen some of them in the gym to their credit doing all the exercises they can think of to build up these areas. I mean obviously they don’t want to have an hourglass figure or anything. But I have seen them doing all of these leg exercises, resistance training, and they obviously know how to do hardcore training. I’ve also seen some that you know why they have chicken legs, because you see them in the gym and all they do is work that small upper part of the body. But it really goes to show that genetics play a huge part in which areas are going to be developed in any given person, no matter how hard they happen to work.
