Cycling Class - July 15th, 2009

If you’ve ever gone to the cycling class at your local gym, you know it can be intense.  With the right instructor, you can get one of the best possible workouts.  They usually start you out with the possibility of a beginner’s class.  This will get you into the groove of things and help you to get started without feeling overwhelmed all at once.  Then you should move on to bigger and better things, by which I mean you should get higher rate classes.  This will help you to achieve better results all things considered, and you will slowly progress.  Some cycling classes have a certain amount of calories they say you can push in one session.  But all in all, it can be pretty hardcore, and with a lot of the weight, you really do sweat it off.  It’s pretty ridiculous in all reality, well ridiculous in how awesome it is.  You have to choose your cycling class carefully, be sure that you are getting everything you need as well as everything you want.  The classes in my gym in particular are actually held in a dark room, because it keeps everything cool with all the fans going as well.  But they have these little glow lights, it’s great.  But I think I’ve lost more weight using that class than with any other exercise plan.
