In terms of weight, of course if you are taller at the same height, you will be naturally skinnier and generally speaking have a lower body fat percentage than if you were shorter at that weight. That being said, there are plenty of people who would like to be taller, and diet plays a big part in it. The biggest thing is genetics. Genetically speaking, you are predisposed to be a certain height, and you will not grow above that. However, to reach this maximum height for yourself, there are certain things you can do. When you are young, if you are properly nourished in terms of diet using milk, proteins, and otherwise, you will be able to reach a certain maximum potential. Now girls and boys alike generally stop growing after a certain age. For girls, it’s younger because their growth spurt comes earlier. However, some have been known to grow in later years, all the way up to 21 years of age for girls and during pregnancy because the spine gets stretched out to some degree. However, once you get into your teens, for girls, you usually won’t grow any more except during those specified times unless of course you were malnourished as a child and your diet has significantly changed since then. The same goes for boys in terms of the time after they generally experience growth and then stop growing in general.
