Frankly, I’ve had this problem recently. I thought I was losing weight, because everybody’s been commenting on how much skinnier I look. But the fact is my boobs have just grown. I’m fatter than ever, and apparently that proportionate difference is fooling people. Now of course there are women and men who want to lose breast fat, because with women they can’t get rid of them and they are weighing them down or with men, men just don’t typically want boobs. It may build up in that area due to genetics, and you can get a surgical breast reduction if that happens. Typically speaking, you will actually lose the breast fat as you lose other fat. You cannot zap lumps and bumps that you don’t like unfortunately speaking. But for most people, if you get skinnier, your boobs will shrink as well. For most, it’s not like supermodels who have this ultra thin body and then that. Most of those are surgeries you should keep in mind. But every once in a while fat just happens to store there. So the answer as always is to lose weight overall. If you do that and it’s just staying put, then I would say surgery is the best alternative. But most won’t have that problem.
