I realized a few things about myself the other day. I was thinking about my high school class as I went to my 10 year reunion, that’s a scary thought, and while you always know that sometimes the most popular and the jerkiest people ended up peaking in high school, at the same point in time, you don’t think about certain things. I mean if you consider, the majority of people you may have graduated with 5 or 10 years ago probably have used what they considered to be the best weight loss supplements by now, that’s a scary thought. If you consider more than half of them are still overweight or obese, even scarier thought. I actually counted quite a few who had died in the past 10 years, some from drug overdoses, some actually from heart attacks, I know health problems are hitting earlier and earlier, and otherwise there have been various issues. The most avoidable one in the bunch was a guy who actually fell asleep at the wheel on a long drive and one car collision. But that being said, my high school class from 10 years ago reflects the obesity epidemic found in the United States exactly. We are no exception going either way. I mean certain states use more of the best weight loss supplements while others use less, I guess we just fall somewhere in the middle.
