They are called vibration plate machines, and they are supposed to help you to lose weight and burn fat. How? I actually have no idea how it’s supposed to work exactly. But a new study has been conducted, and it shows that those who used it in combination with diet and exercise did not achieve greater results at all. It made no difference. It sounds a lot like the machines that are supposed to send small electrical charges to stimulate the muscles in that area. In short, it sounds like a load of bunk. But of course they make quite a few sales, because they believe that if it’s that expensive, if it’s a machine, and if the commercials tell you it’s effective, then logically speaking it of course must be effective. Of course, if you’ve been in the weight loss industry for a while, you’ve learned that the TV practically never tells the truth and therefore you never really know what you’re getting. And with the machines, well they are always based on false premises that have not been proven, or in this case, it has actually been actively disproven. Who knew that they would actually spend the money doing a real and legitimate study to find this out. But apparently in this case, you get the benefit of the fact that they actually did.
